Paneer Sandwich

This time for Blog Hop Wednesday's #15,i am paired with Rasi of Vegetarian Food & Me.She has such a nice blog and this is what i decided to prepare.I am very happy to prepare this paneer sandwich.I added carrot,cabbage,paneer,capsium,onion and spicy powder.This sandwich is good and spicy taste.

Baby spinach gravy is a healthy and delicious.I add some shred paneer,shred cheese,whipped cream,cahew-nuts,poppy seeds etc..This dish is a perfect combination of wheat chappati,pulao,Fried Rice etc.Kids and family members are really loved this baby spinach gravy.

Cheese and Tomato Toasted Sandwich

Cheese and Tomato Bread Sandwich is a good taste and healthy breakfast.I used low fat Swiss cheese,tomatoes,onions,vegetable oil spread and wheat bread.First i have toaste the 3 slices of bread after i add the toppings on bread.Kids are really loved this breakfast.

Palak paneer is one type of "Saag Paneer".Palak paneer is a famous Indian recipe made of spinach,Paneer and Cream.Palak paneer is a healthy and delicious dish.This recipe is simple and easy to prepare.I serve this recipe with Chapatti,Rotti and Dosa.Palak paneer is an Indian and Pakistani dish consisting of spinach and paneer in a thick curry sauce based on pureed spinach.It is a popular vegetarian dish.

Plantain and Banana Custard



Plantain and banana custard is a simple and tasty.This is my first time i tried this custard.I have seen some sites and videos all are add a lot of ingredients and custard powder.I am not added any custard powder.I added only plantain,banana,vanilla essence,milk,apples and cashew-nuts.This custard making is very simple,easy and healthy.Kids and family members,guests are really loved this custard.

Dates and Dry Fruit Burfi / Khajur Wadi

Today is the 14th day of Blog Hop Wednesdays.I was paired with Reena of Achu's Amma's by Radhika.She has a nice collection of recipes and i selected this Dates Laddu for the day.I have some modify to prepare this dates.I added only dates,waluts,ghee,cardamom powder and poppy seeds.This is simple and easy.Kids and family members are really loved this burfi.Walnuts and Dates,Cardamom Powder is a healthy sweets.

Eggless Plain Cake With Pomegranate Juice



This cake is yummy and delicious.I added only pomegranate juice and almonds.Do not take much time to prepare this cake.Quick and Super tasty !!!!.I do not include curd,egg,butter also.This is purely healthy and delicious cake.This cake slightly comes in greenish color on top and the bottom of brown color.



My Favorite~Coconut Rice(Andra Kopparai Satham)

Coconut satham is my favorite dish.My mom slightly add turmeric powder,cashew-nuts and channa dal.I do not like to eat without turmeric powder.I like to eat colorful and taste also.This dish do not take much time.Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!!.

South Indian Spicy~Cauliflower & Carrot Kurma

                                                

Cauliflower is low in fat.Cauliflower is also a good source of magesium,iron,calcium and potassium.Cauliflower mixes well with Vegetables,Lentils,Briyani and Meat.Cauliflower and Carrot is a perfect side dish of idli and dosa.This is my first time i tried this type of combination.Carrrot is also a good source of Vitamin A,Vitamin K,Dietary fiber,Vitamin C,Potassium,Magnesium,Vitamin B6,B1,B2,B3 and Vitamin E.Kids are really and enjoy this dish.

South Indian Coriander Flavor~Tomato Rice Briyani (Bombay Mix Powder Style)



Tomato rice is a very delicious and simple to prepare recipe.Coriander powder give a lot of flavor and rich taste.Quick,easy and super tasty!!!.

Ingredients:
  1. Large Tomato-2
  2. Raw Rice/Briyani Rice-1cup
  3. Large Onion-1
  4. Aniseeds-1/4tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds-1/2tsp
  6. Poppy Seeds-1/4tsp
  7. Curry Leaves
  8. Coriander Powder-2tsp 
  9. Gram masala-1/4tsp
  10. Curry Masal Powder-1/4tsp
  11. Green chili-4 or 5
  12. Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
  13. Garlic-4cloves(chopped)
  14. Salt-to taste
  15. Water-2 1/4cup
  16. Oil-6 or 7tsp

Banana-Brown Sugar Plum Round Cake

This bread can be served for breakfast or for an evening snack and is best when out of the oven.I modified the recipe a little and include some brown sugar and walnuts.Brown sugar give a color and taste.Kids are really loved this plum round cake.

Tapioca Vadai/MaravalliKilangu Vadai/Kuchikilangu Vadai/Kappa Vadai


Tapioca is my family favorite...Crispy and Yummy vadas..My grandmother prepared only Vadas.Its available in India and US grocery "Yuca or Tapioca roots". Tapioca is low in saturated fat,cholesterol and sodium.In Tamil Nadu,Tapioca is more cultivated in the district of  Namakkal, Erode and Salem.Tapioca called "Maravallikilangu".It can also be boiled and different dishes like "Uppuma,Vadai".It can also be made into "Chips" to use as snack during tea time.Tapioca root can also be used to manufacture biodegradable plastic bags.Tapioca is gluten- free,and almost protein-free.

Eggless Cocoa Chocolate Cake, Balls and Flatten


This is my first post regards to BHW.This week 13 of blog hop i am paired with Prabha this month.I had selected Eggless Cake as my partner dish and linked it here.I made minor changes to the recipe.I added chocolate,sandwich cookies,curd and badam.I am served some pieces of cake.My husband don't like a chocolate flows cake.so i have tried a different shape.Hope u are all enjoy my cakes :)

Beet root is one of my favorite vegetables.I used to stay away for a long time.My husband is not like a lot of poriyal varieties.This recipe is simple  and easy to prepare.I am serve with "Boiled Rice,Curd Rice,Sambar Rice,Rasam Rice".


Ingredients:
  1.  Beet root-1
  2. Onion-1/4cup
  3. Red-chili-2 1/2
  4. Curry Leaves
  5. Mustard Seeds
  6. Channa Dal-1/4tsp
  7. Salt-to taste

Eggless sponge cake to suitable for vegetarians.Cakes are always a problem for vegetarians.
Most of them do contains eggs.This recipe will turn out.I added a curd to prepare the cake.Love to share this yummy soft textured Eggless Sponge Cake!Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!! I am not using a lot of ingredients.These ingredients are commonly available in home.Hope and enjoy ur cake!!!

Ingredients:
  1. All purpose flour/Maida-1 1/4cup
  2. Curd-3/4cup
  3. Sugar-3/4cup
  4. Vanilla Essence-1tsp
  5. Baking Soda-1/2tsp
  6. Olive Oil/Refined Oil-1/4cup
  7. Salt-a pinch

Cauliflower and Cabbage is a perfect combination.Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!!
