Tapioca is my family favorite...Crispy and Yummy vadas..My grandmother prepared only Vadas.Its available in India and US grocery "Yuca or Tapioca roots". Tapioca is low in saturated fat,cholesterol and sodium.In Tamil Nadu,Tapioca is more cultivated in the district of Namakkal, Erode and Salem.Tapioca called "Maravallikilangu".It can also be boiled and different dishes like "Uppuma,Vadai".It can also be made into "Chips" to use as snack during tea time.Tapioca root can also be used to manufacture biodegradable plastic bags.Tapioca is gluten- free,and almost protein-free.

Eggless Cocoa Chocolate Cake, Balls and Flatten
This is my first post regards to BHW.This week 13 of blog hop i am paired with Prabha this month.I had selected Eggless Cake as my partner dish and linked it here.I made minor changes to the recipe.I added chocolate,sandwich cookies,curd and badam.I am served some pieces of cake.My husband don't like a chocolate flows cake.so i have tried a different shape.Hope u are all enjoy my cakes :)

South Indian~Beet Root Poriyal
Beet root is one of my favorite vegetables.I used to stay away for a long time.My husband is not like a lot of poriyal varieties.This recipe is simple and easy to prepare.I am serve with "Boiled Rice,Curd Rice,Sambar Rice,Rasam Rice".

Eggless sponge cake to suitable for vegetarians.Cakes are always a problem for vegetarians.
Most of them do contains eggs.This recipe will turn out.I added a curd to prepare the cake.Love to share this yummy soft textured Eggless Sponge Cake!Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!! I am not using a lot of ingredients.These ingredients are commonly available in home.Hope and enjoy ur cake!!!
