Baby spinach gravy is a healthy and delicious.I add some shred paneer,shred cheese,whipped cream,cahew-nuts,poppy seeds etc..This dish is a perfect combination of wheat chappati,pulao,Fried Rice etc.Kids and family members are really loved this baby spinach gravy.
Ingredients:- Baby Spinach-3bunch
- Cumin Seeds-1/2tsp
- Onion-1/2cup
- Tomato-1/2
- Cashew-nuts-2tsp
- Poppy Seeds-1tsp
- Coriander Powder-2 1/2tsp
- Red-chili Powder-1 1/4tsp
- Gram masala-1/2tsp
- Shred Paneer-1/2cup
- Shred Cheese-4tsp
- Whipped Cream
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-2tsp
- Water-1 3/4cup
Preparation:
- Wash the baby spinach in water and filter it.
- Heat a pan in oil,add cumin seeds,poppy seeds,cashew-nuts.
- Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Add all powders,baby spinach and fry well.
- Remove some amount of baby spinach and transfer the blender.Blend in a smooth puree.
- Add some amount of water in balance spinach.
- Add the puree,salt and mix well.Boil 15 to 20 mins.
- After 15mins add shred cheese,whipped cream and boil for 2mins.
- Finally add some shred paneer and mix well.
- Transfer the baby spinach in bowl.Decorate some shred cheese and shred paneer.
- Hot and serve with "Chapatti" and enjoy ur loved ones.
