Announcing Dish it Out-Bread/Burger/Veg Sandwich and Vegetable Salad

"Dish it out" is going to be a monthly event.I am hosting it with "Bread/Burger/Veg Sandwich and Vegetable Salad" as the ingredients.We know the health benefits of salad and sandwich is a good source of protein.All the ingredients mentioned by the host in one dish.

A sandwich is a food item,typically consisting of two or more slices of bread with one or more filling between them or one slice of bread with a topping or toppings,commonly called an open sandwich.

The event runs from Mar 1st to Mar 31st 2012 and here are the rules to Participate:

For Eg:Egg snadwich,Tomato sandwich,Grilled sandwich,Veg sandwich,Mixed salad

1. Make a dish using "Bread/Burger/Veg Sandwich and Vegetable Sandwich".We should be able to taste the ingredients in the final dish.
2. Only vegetarian entries or vegan recipe please.Eggs are allowed in baking.
3. Usage of the logo is appreciated as it helps spread the word.
4. Link it to my Dish it Out announcement and yours is mandatory.
5. Recipe must be linked to this event announcement page.If sending an old entry,it needs to be re-published with the link.
6. You can send in any number of entries.
7. Non-bloggers can also send in their recipes to the email below.
