Plantain and Banana Custard



Plantain and banana custard is a simple and tasty.This is my first time i tried this custard.I have seen some sites and videos all are add a lot of ingredients and custard powder.I am not added any custard powder.I added only plantain,banana,vanilla essence,milk,apples and cashew-nuts.This custard making is very simple,easy and healthy.Kids and family members,guests are really loved this custard.

CHOCOLATE DATES MILK SHAKE


I make chocolate dates milk shake which is very tasty and healthy.Now i found that another quick thing to do is to make a milkshake out of them.That sounds very simple.I added some dates and chocolates found that the combo goes very well.It is a healthy and iron drink.Some kids are not like dates.Kids are love to eat a chocolate.chocolate dates are very easy to prepare.Do not take much time.Kids will exited to drink the milk shake.I prepared this recipe for my Milk shake Event.

ORANGE PEARS SMOOTHIE



This recipe is great for weight loss.A simple yet delicious smoothie made with pears and oranges to balance it all.Add ice cubes to chill the drink if you like.Pears and oranges is a good for health.Pears also a good source of potassium,calcium,Vitamin C etc.Enjoy the christmas party with orange pears smoothie.
