CHICKEN KULAMBU WITH GRAVY

Ingredients:
  1. chicken-250g

  5. turmeric powder-1/2tsp

  9. cloves-5

  16. curry powder-11/2tsp+1/2tsp

SPAGHETTI WITH EGG

Ingredients:
  1. spaghetti-15stick
  2. onion-1/2cup
  3.  green pepper-1/4cup
  4. mushroom-1/4cup(optional) 
  5. soy sauce-3tsp
  6. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  7. pepper powder-1/4tsp
  8. egg-1 or 2

Ingredients:
  1. raw rice/ponni rice-1/2cup
  2. moong dhal/pasi paruppu-1/4cup

  17. coriander leaves

  7. cardamom powder-1tsp
  8. oil-for frying

KARA BOONDI

Ingredients:
  1. besan/gram flour-2cup
  2. water
  3. oil-for frying
  4. salt-to taste
  5. curry leaves
  6. cashew-nuts-1/4cup
  7. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
