CAULIFLOWER CABBAGE CURRY


Cauliflower and Cabbage is a perfect combination.Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!! I added a curry masala powder is a perfect flavour of curry.My husband are really loved this side dish.This is my first time i tried this dish really great.Hope and enjoy ur new dish.Cauliflower and Cabbage is low in fat.Cauliflower is also a good source of magnesium,iron,calcium and potassium.Cauliflower mixes well with Vegetables,Lentils and Meat.Cabbage is a high dietary fiber,Vitamin C,Vitamin K,Iron and Magnesium etc.

Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower-1 1/2cup
  2. Shred Cabbage-1cup
  3. Large Onion-half
  4. Tomato-1/2
  5. Curry Leaves-1strand
  6. Mustard Seeds
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Oil-2 1/2tsp
  9. Water

COCONUT CHUTTNEY

Ingredients:
  1. coconut slices-4
  2. split grams/chana dalia (pottukadalai)-5tsp
  3. garlic-1cloves
  4. red-chili-3
  5. oil
  6. salt
  7. water
  8. mustard seeds
  9. asafoetida-1/4tsp
  10. curry leaves


ONION EGG FRY

Ingredients:
  1. egg-4
  2. onion-1/2cup  
  3. green chili-4
  4. salt
  5. oil

MUSHROOM PANIYARAM


This is my first time i tried this recipe.Different varieties of paniyarams are posted in lot of blogs.Mushroom paniyaram is a good and different taste.Its a special,a lot of coriander leaves and mushrooms.  I am added full of healthy ingredients.Vegetarian people ,family members,kids are really loved this recipie.

TOOR DAL RASAM/PARUPPU RASAM

South Indain lunch  is not complete without rasam.This recipe is quite for unusual one,because we use rasam powder or sambar powder for this rasam and not the rasam powder or sambar powder.My mom makes this once in every friday at least.

LEMON RASAM

Rasam is common item in all South Indian homes.You can prepare a lemon rasam in a second.It is easy and also yummy.The traditional South Indian toor dal rasam made tangy by adding lemon juice. 

VENDAIKKAI KULAMBU/OKRA GRAVY

Okra and ladies finger is a versatile and easy vegetable to cook.You can fry it,stuff it,kulambu or gravy....It is also one of my favorite veggies. 

COCONUT MUSHROOM MASALA


Coconut mushroom masala is a different taste.I tried this recipe really good.I am serve this recipe  with side dish.Mushroom and coconut is a good combination.I am tried a lot of mushroom varieties for eg: mushroom briyani,mushroom pualo,mushroom fry,mushroom kulambu,mushroom gravy ..This is my first time i tried this coconut mushroom masala.Quick and easy to prepare this dish.

CHILI CHICKEN/CHICKEN 65

Chicken 65 is a hot and spicy snack of South Indians.All persons are really loved this chicken 65.Chicken 65 is my favorite item.Chicken 65 is a perfect dish of winter seasons.All south indian peoples are really loved this chicken 65.Very popular in"Restaurants" and "Fast Food "menus.If u don't have a sakthi chili chicken masala then use the "Optional Ingredients".

FISH KULAMBU/MEEN KULAMBU



Fish kulambu is a traditional South Indian dish.This fish kulambu recipe is from mom.Fish kulambu cooked in spicy and delicious gravy made with onion,tomatoes,coconut and fresh blend of spices powder sauteed in sesame oil which brings out that finger liking flavor and taste.Fish Kulambu is also known as "Meen Kulambu" in "Tamil Nadu".A lot of indians  likes to prepare the fish kulambu in pot.The fish kulambu taste even better the next day.Fish is a high protein,low-fat food that provides a range of health benefits.I like a fish head.I like to eat fish kulambu from my childhood.This dish serve with "Boiled Rice".

CAULIFLOWER KURMA

Cauliflower is a good combination of chapatti,dosa and idli.Cauliflower is low in fat.Cauliflower is a good for health.U can add some peas,potato etc.I added a lot of spicy powders.I am serve with Chapatti roll.

CABBAGE AND PEAS BRIYANI


Cabbage rice is one of the very popular South Indian rice.I prepared this cabbage only "Poriyal and Sambar".This is my first time i tried this recipe.Quick and easy way to prepare this method.A lot of homes are available in cabbage and peas.Any vegetable and I mix it with rice to make a quick lunch box item.We both enjoy these lunches and is very happy to find a different one.Kids are really loved this briyani.Very quick,easy and super tasty!! I am serve this recipe with "Cabbage Leaf".

 1st Jan 2012 Banana Flower Briyani
Banana flower is a good for health.Banana flower briyani  is better than other briyani varieties.This is my first time i tried this recipe.Briyani smells are really great.Some kids are not directly to eat the banana flower.Try this briyani and serve the kids.Kids are loved this briyani.Banana flower serves with "Coconut chuttney,Potato Masal,Curd Pachadi".This flower tried a lot of different varieties for eg: porial,cutlet,vadai.
