Crispy and Crunchy Masala Peanut is one of my favorite tea time snack.In my childhood days i loved to eat a lot of masala peanuts.This crispy and spicy peanuts can be prepared in less time and can be stored for longer time..Kids and family members are really loved this masala peanuts.This is a perfect snack for winter season.U want to add any peanuts.Do not add a lot of ingredients.Just try this really good.Quick,easy,simple and super tasty!!!

ROASTED PEANUTS


This is a perfect snack for kids.I am not added a lot of red-chili powder.I am added full of 5th season chili powder.5th season chili powder is a good flavour and taste.This snack is simple and easy to prepare this kids.If u stored this then we can eat anytime later.This roasted peanuts serve with "Tea time".Not only team time any time u can eat this.

Black chick peas is a healthy and delicious snacks.I have tried a different snack to serve the Events.I added a full of healthy flavour ingredients.Black chick peas is one of the protein items.Coriander seeds are give a lot of smells and taste give to the recipe.U can try this recipe with manchurian,chat items,Gravy/kulambu.This is the healthy snack for kids.Kids are really loved this recipe.I am sending this recipe to lot of events.Serve this snacks with gravy.

Ingredients:
  1. shred cabbage-2cups   
  2. salt-to taste   
  3. besan/gram flour-6tsp
  4. green-chili-3
  5. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  6. cumin seeds-1/4tsp
  7. coriander leaves/cilantro-1/4cup
  8. grated ginger-1/2tsp
  9. oil-for frying

ONION PAKODA / THOOL PAKODA

Ingredients:
  1. large onion-3  
  2. besan flour-5tsp 
  3. rice flour-1 1/2tsp
  4. red-chili powder-1tsp
  5. green-chili-3 
  6. curry leaves-few
  7. cashew-nuts-1/3cup
  8. salt-to taste
  9. butter-2tsp
  10. water-3 or 4tsp
  11. oil-for frying

PEPPER CORN

  1. frozen corn/corn-1cup
  2. ghee/butter-3tsp
  3. pepper powder-1tsp
  4. red-chili powder-1/4tsp

  6. lemon juice-one drop
