BREAD TOAST WITH CHEESE AND TOMATOES PASTE

This is a south Indian recipe with cheese and tomatoes paste.This is a simple and easy to toast ur bread.No need to buy a lot of ingredients.I would like to thank Anamika and Vardhini's Dish it out Cheese and Tomatoes Event.I' m sending this recipe to cooking for all seasons and kavi's jingles all the way.I have tried this recipe to  cheese and tomatoe paste.I am serving this recipe to christmas people and other bloggers.A lot of sites are sprinkle some tomatoes  and cheese on top of the bread.U can try this cheese and tomatoes bread toast.

Ingredients:

1. Tomato-1
2. Cheese
3. Tamarind-few
4. Green-chili-3
5. Salt-to taste
6. Sugar-1/2tsp
7. Bread
8. Honey(optional)

Method: 

• Cut the tomatoes and cheese into small pieces.
• Take a blender,put the chopped tomatoes,cheese,green-chili,salt and sugar.
• Blend in a smooth paste.The paste comes in creamy.

• Take a slice bread,apply the paste on one side.(do not apply two sides).

• Transfer a bread grilled or pan or skillet heat slowly until bottom comes in golden brown.Turn and brown the other side.If u like it add some honey on top of the toast bread.

• Hot and serve ur loved ones.
