Cauliflower is a good combination of chapatti,dosa and idli.Cauliflower is low in fat.Cauliflower is a good for health.U can add some peas,potato etc.I added a lot of spicy powders.I am serve with Chapatti roll.

- Cauliflower
- Large Onion-1/2cup
- Tomato-1/2
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Mustard Seeds
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1tsp
- Water
- Shred Coconut-1/3cup
- Red-chili Powder-1 1/4tsp
- Coriander Powder-2tsp
- Gram masala-1/2tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
- Heat a pan,drop all the grind ingredients and fry well.
- In a blender,drop all the grind ingredients and blend in a fine powder.
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Cauliflower is cooked in a large pot of boiling water.
- After fully cooked in cauliflower,filter and remove the cauliflower from water.
- Heat a pan,add 3tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.Fry 2mins.
- After raw smell goes out add finely chopped onions,tomatoes ,grind powders and fry well.
- Add cauliflower,salt and mix well.
- Add a 1cup of water and boil for 15mins.
- Finally add some coriander leaves.Hot and serve with "Dosa,Idli,Chapatti".
