Ingredients:

- chicken-1/2kg
- large onion-1
- tomato-1
- green-chili-2
- ginger paste-1tsp
- garlic paste-1tsp
- red-chili powder-1tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- coriander seeds-2tsp
- cumin seeds-1tsp
- cinnamon-1/2stick
- cardamom-3
- bay leaf-2
- pepper corn-1/2tsp
- salt-to taste
- oil-4tsp
- water-3 or 4 cups
- place a coriander seeds in a tava,add cumin seeds,cinnamon,cardamom,bayleaf and pepper corn(do not add oil). fry 2mins
- after take a blender drop all the fried ingredients.
- heat oil in pan,add 4tsp of oil,onion and ginger-garlic paste.
- onion comes in golden brown add finely chopped tomatoes.
- after add green-chili,red-chili powder,turmeric powder,salt ,chicken and mix well.
- and cover it for 2 or 3mins.
- after 3mins add grind powders and mix well.cover it for 4mins..
- after add some finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.cover it for 2mins.
- add 3 or 4cups of water and mix well.wait for 20mins.
- after 20mins ur spicy chicken curry is ready.

- poori
- curd rice
- boiled rice
