  1. chicken-1/2kg
  2. large onion-1
  3. tomato-1                   
  4. green-chili-2
  5. ginger paste-1tsp
  6. garlic paste-1tsp
  7. red-chili powder-1tsp
  8. turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  9. coriander seeds-2tsp
  10. cumin seeds-1tsp
  11. cinnamon-1/2stick
  12. cardamom-3
  13. bay leaf-2
  14. pepper corn-1/2tsp
  15. salt-to taste
  16. oil-4tsp
  17. water-3 or 4 cups

To Grind:
  • place a coriander seeds in a tava,add cumin seeds,cinnamon,cardamom,bayleaf and pepper corn(do not add oil). fry 2mins
  • after take a blender drop all the fried ingredients.
  • heat oil in pan,add 4tsp of oil,onion and ginger-garlic paste.
  • onion comes in golden brown add finely chopped tomatoes.
  • after add green-chili,red-chili powder,turmeric powder,salt ,chicken and mix well.
  • and cover it for 2 or 3mins.
  •   after 3mins add  grind powders and mix well.cover it for 4mins..
  •  after add some finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.cover it for 2mins.
  •  add 3 or 4cups of water and mix well.wait for 20mins.
  • after 20mins ur  spicy chicken curry is ready.

  • poori
  • curd rice
  • boiled rice
