ONION PAKODA / THOOL PAKODA

Ingredients:
  1. large onion-3  
  2. besan flour-5tsp 
  3. rice flour-1 1/2tsp
  4. red-chili powder-1tsp
  5. green-chili-3 
  6. curry leaves-few
  7. cashew-nuts-1/3cup
  8. salt-to taste
  9. butter-2tsp
  10. water-3 or 4tsp
  11. oil-for frying


Method:
take a bowl add very thin sliced onions, green-chilis and add all the ingredients.
first mix the onion and ingredient powders.


next slowly add some amount of water and mix well.
heat oil and  deep fry till it is golden brown.
after onion comes in golden brown, remove from oil.


hot and serve ur onion pakoda.
