THAYIR PACHADI / CURD PACHADI

Ingredients:
  1. curd-1cup
  2. large onion-sliced 1/2cup
  3. salt-to taste
  4. water


Method:
  • place a water in a bowl,add little bit of salt and onion.wait for 2mins.
  • after remove the onion and filter the water.
  • place a curd in a bowl,add onion and salt.
Serving:
  • veg-briyani
  • non-veg briyani
Note:
  • If you want to add some carrots and green chili also.
