Ingredients:
To Grind:
- onion-1/2cup
- tomato-1/2
- bengal gram/pottukadalai-1/4cup
- red-chilli-3 or 4
- coconut-1/4cup
- cinnamon-1/3stick
- cloves-2
- ginger-few
- aniseeds-1/4tsp
- mustard seeds
- salt-to taste
- oil-for frying
- turmeic powder-1/2tsp
- water
- curry leaves
To Grind:
- take a blender,drop coconut,begal gram,red-chilli,tomato,cinnamon,cloves,aniseeds,ginger and water.
- take a kadai,add 3tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves ad onion.
- onion comes in golden brown add grind paste,21/2 cups of water and mix well.
- after add turmeric powder and salt.
- boil 15 or 16mins.
