Method:
- shred cabbage-2cups
- salt-to taste
- besan/gram flour-6tsp
- green-chili-3
- red-chili powder-1/2tsp
- cumin seeds-1/4tsp
- coriander leaves/cilantro-1/4cup
- grated ginger-1/2tsp
- oil-for frying
Method:
- place a cabbage in a bowl,add all the ingredients and mix well.
- do not add oil in the mixing ingredients.
- heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown.
- hot and serve with tomato ketchup
