CABBAGE BALLS / BONDA / VADAI

Ingredients:
  1. shred cabbage-2cups   
  2. salt-to taste   
  3. besan/gram flour-6tsp
  4. green-chili-3
  5. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  6. cumin seeds-1/4tsp
  7. coriander leaves/cilantro-1/4cup
  8. grated ginger-1/2tsp
  9. oil-for frying


Method:
  • place a cabbage in a bowl,add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • do not add oil in the mixing ingredients.
  • heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown.
  • hot and serve with tomato ketchup
