Ingredients:
To Grind:
- large carrot-3
- boiled rice-2cup
- cinnamon-1/4stick
- cloves-3
- grated ginger-few
- cashew-nuts-10
- green-chili-5
- red-chili-2
- onion-1/2+1/4cup
- tomato-1/2
- coconut slices-3
- cardamom-1
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- green peas-1/4cup
- salt-to taste
- oil-for frying
- ghee-2tsp
To Grind:
- 1/4cup of onion,tomato,red-chili and coconut (don't fry in oil).
- take a non-stick pan,add 2tsp of oil and ghee.
- add cinnamon,cloves, cardamom,grated ginger,cashew-nuts ,curry leaves ,green peas and green-chili.
- after add finely chopped onions.onion comes in golden brown add shred carrot and salt.
- fry 3 or 4 mins.after 4mins add the grind paste and mix well.
- do not add water.
- raw smell goes out in carrot, after switch off the flame.
- after mix the carrot pulao in boiled rice.
- decorate some curry leaves and coriander leaves.
