Ingredients:
Chappati kal:
Dosai pan:
- flour-150g
- salt
- sugar-1tsp
- water
- channa dal-100g
- jaggery-2cup
- coconut flakes-1cup
- cardamom powder-1/2tsp
- oil
- banana
- ghee
- turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- channa dal , turmeric powder and add water. halfly boil the channa dal and filtered the water.take a plate drop the dal in 2 mins.
- jaggery,coconut flakes,cardamom powder and add the dal .mixing well in all ingrediets.
Blender:
- take a blender and mixing the all ingredients.blend in 2 times only.
- don't blend too much.jaggery squeeze the water.
- after blending the dal in separate plate.
Flour Dough:
- take a bowl add the flour,salt,water,sugar and mixing well.
- flour comes in dough shape
Chappati kal:
- roll the dough and pour the mixture cover in 4sides
- roll the dough
Dosai pan:
- drop the dough add some amount of oil.
- both sides turn the dough comes in golden brown
- stuffed dal jaggery paratha with banana and ghee
