  1. potato-1 
  2. garlic-1cloves
  3. turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  4. red-chilli's powder-1/2tsp
  5. pepper powder-1/4tsp
  6. salt
  7. oil

  • do not peel the potato.potato cut into small pieces.
  • switch on the flame take the non-stick pan,heat comes in pan after add 4tsp of oil.
  • after add garlic and all powders.turn on the medium heat add potato.
  • mixing the powder and potatoes add little bit of salt.
  • do not use water.only fry in oil.slowly fry the potatoes.
  • fry in 10 to 15 mins.
  • curd rice and  toor dal sambar
