  1. Dumroot/pumpkin-11/2cup
  2. milk-2cup
  3. sugar-9tsp
  4. ghee-8tsp
  5. cashew-nuts-10
  6. dry fruit-8
  7. cardamom powder-1/4tsp

  • take a pumpkin ,peel the skin and remove the seeds.
  • take a cutter shred the pumpkin.
  • take a large non-stick pan,pan comes in heat add 4tsp of ghee,cashew-nuts and dry fruits.
  • fry 1mins.after add the shred pumpkin,cardamom powder and mix well. 
  • milk comes in boil stage,reduce the heat on low flame
  • allow it to cook until the milk disappears.
  • now add sugar,once sugar melts down,add balance of ghee.
  • saute for sometime and switch off the stove.
  • garnish with cashew-nuts and serve.
