- take a blender drop on the cinnamon,cloves and aniseeds/soambu.
- u have not a ginger garlic paste. grind the ginger and garlic.
Method:
- take a non-stick tava switch on the flame till waits heat on tava after add the 5tsp of oil.
- oil heats on after add the blender powders and ginger garlic paste.
- fry 5 mins.add the onion fry in 1mins.onion comes in golden brown add the tomato.
- after 2mins add mushroom and add all the powders,salt.
- mixing 2mins after add some amount of water and 1cup of milk.
- boiling 18mins.switch off the flame add some coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Serving:
- rice,dosa and idli
