Mushroom kulambu

Ingredients:
  1. mushroom-2cup
  2. giger,garlic-paste-1tsp
  3. cinnamon-1/2stick
  4. cloves-4
  5. aniseeds/soambu-1/4tsp
  6. large onion- half
  7. tomato-1
  8. red-chilli powder-1tsp
  9. turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  10. coriander powder-2tsp
  11. milk-1cup
  12. water
  13. salt
  14. oil
  15. curry leaves
  16. coriander leaves


Blender:
  • take a blender drop on the cinnamon,cloves and aniseeds/soambu.
  • u have not a ginger garlic paste. grind the ginger and garlic.
Method:
  • take a non-stick tava switch on the flame till waits heat on tava after add the 5tsp of oil.
  • oil heats on after add the blender powders and ginger garlic paste.
  • fry 5 mins.add the onion fry in 1mins.onion comes in golden brown add the tomato.
  • after 2mins add mushroom and add all the powders,salt.
  • mixing 2mins after add some amount of water and 1cup of milk.
  • boiling 18mins.switch off the flame add some coriander leaves and curry leaves.

Serving:
  • rice,dosa and idli
