  1. idli batter-3cups
  2. large onion-11/2cups
  3. red-chili-3
  4. mustard seeds
  5. cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  6. curry leaves
  7. pepper-1tsp
  8. oil

  • heat oil in pan add 3tsp of oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds, pepper,curry leaves,onion and red chili.
  • add this sauteed mixture to the idly batter and mix well.
  • heat the kuli paniyaram kal and add little bit of oil in each hole,oil comes in heat and pour the batter in each hole.
  • turn o the medium heat slowly cooked the batter
  • turn on both sides add some little bit of oil drop on the batter.
