- idli batter-3cups
- large onion-11/2cups
- red-chili-3
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds-1/2tsp
- curry leaves
- pepper-1tsp
- oil
Method:
- heat oil in pan add 3tsp of oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds, pepper,curry leaves,onion and red chili.
- add this sauteed mixture to the idly batter and mix well.
- heat the kuli paniyaram kal and add little bit of oil in each hole,oil comes in heat and pour the batter in each hole.
- turn o the medium heat slowly cooked the batter
- turn on both sides add some little bit of oil drop on the batter.
Serving:
- coconut chuttney
