  1. egg-3
  2. boiled rice-2bowl
  3. ginger-garlic paste-1/2tsp   
  4. large onion-1/2cup
  5. green chili-2
  6. green peas-1/4cup
  7. shred cabbage-1/2cup
  8. sliced carrot-1/4cup
  9. soy sauce-4tsp
  10. pepper powder-1/4tsp
  11. red-chili powder-1/3tsp
  12. coriander leaves
  13. oil-for frying
  14. salt-to taste


  • Heat the non-stick pan and add 4tsp of oil .
  • Heat comes in oil add finely chopped onion and green chili.

  • Add shred cabbage,sliced carrot,green peas and mix not fry too much.

  • In the same pan side cut the eggs,mix the yolks and white.

  • Eggs comes in round shape and mix well.

  • Add boiled rice,a pinch of salt,soy sauce,and add all the powders and mix well.

  • Finally add some coriander leaves on top of the fried rice.
  • Hot and serve ur egg fried rice with tomato ketchup.
