- Basmathi rice-1cup
- Mushroom-200g
- Large onion-200g
- Coconut milk-1/2cup
- Ginger paste-1tsp
- Green chili-5
- Cinnamon-2
- Cardamom-1
- Cloves-4
- Bay leaf-2
- Oil/Butter-3slices
- Coriander leaves
- Salt-to taste
- Water-1 1/3cup
Method:
- Take a pressure cooker and add butter.Butter comes in melting stage add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaf and ginger garlic paste.
- After raw smell goes out add finely chopped onions and green chili.
- Onion comes in golden brown add mushroom,salt and mix well.
- After 3mins add 1/2cup of coconut milk and add balance 1 1/3cup of water ,coriander leaves and mix well.
- Close the pressure cooker upto 3 or 4 whistles.
- Hope and enjoy ur mushroom pualo and serve with "Gobi manchurian,Moong dal split vada,Chicken gravy".
Note:
- I have no stock ginger,curd and mint leaves.These are the ingredients also added the mushroom pualo also.
- Sometimes all ingredients are not available in home also.
- I tried this recipe without some ingredients good and spicy taste also.
