- mashed idli-11/2cup
- egg-1
- curry kulambu-1/2cup
- red-chili powder-1/2tsp
- coriander powder-1/4tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- onion-1/4cup
- tomato-2tsp
- gram masala-1/4tsp
- salt-a pinch(optional)
- oil-for frying
Method:
- heat the dosai kal add 5 tsp of oil and onion.
- halfly fried the onion and add finely chopped tomatoes.
- after add mashed idli and add all the powders and mash well.
- take a dosai karandi chopped the idli,powders and mix well.
- place a egg in a bowl,add curry kulambu and beat well.
- after add the beat mixture and mix well.
- finally add some coriander leaves and mix well.
- hot and serve ur egg idli.
