  1. mashed idli-11/2cup  
  2. egg-1
  3. curry kulambu-1/2cup
  4. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  5. coriander powder-1/4tsp
  6. turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  7. onion-1/4cup
  8. tomato-2tsp
  9. gram masala-1/4tsp
  10. salt-a pinch(optional)
  11. oil-for frying

  • heat the dosai kal add 5 tsp of oil and onion.
  • halfly fried the onion and add finely chopped tomatoes.
  • after add mashed idli and add all the powders and mash well.
  • take a dosai karandi chopped the idli,powders and mix well.
  • place a egg in a bowl,add curry kulambu and beat well.
  • after add the beat mixture and mix well.
  • finally add some coriander leaves and mix well.
  • hot and serve ur egg idli.
