MUSHROOM,POTATO,SOY CHUNKS POWDERED STUFFED CHAPATTI

Ingredients:
  1. All purpose flour-1cup 
  2. Salt-to taste
  3. Baking powder-1/4tsp
  4. Sugar-1tsp
  5. Shred carrot-1/4cup
  6. Boiled potato-1/3cup
  7. Green peas-1/4cup
  8. Mushroom-8
  9. Large onion-1/2cup
  10. Green-chili-1
  11. coriander leaves
  12. Red-chili powder-1 1/4tsp
  13. Coriander Powder-1 1/2tsp
  14. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  15. Lemon juice-one drop
  16. soy chunks powder-2tsp
  17. oil
  18. butter
  19. Water


Method:


  • Take a kadai,add 3 pieces of butter,onion,mushroom,boiled potato,shred carrot,green peas,green-chili,coriander leaves,red-chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powders,gram masala,lemon juice,salt and mix well.fry 3 or 5mins.
  • After 5mins switch off the flame.wait for 15mins.
  • Add soy chunks powder on top of the vegetables and mix well.
  • Take a large bowl drop on the wheat flour,salt,baking powder and sugar.Mixing all the powders and flour.
  • Add 1/2cup of water to the flour mixture,and stir so it combines into a soft dough.
  • Add some oil on top of the dough.Knead the dough for 20mins.
  • Divide the dough into 5 or 6 small balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.
  • Drop 1tsp of vegetables in a dogh and cover it,and dip them into a flour.
  • After roll the doudgh in a rolling pin.
  • Heat heavy based frying pan,and cook the stuffed chappati.
  • Add some butter on top of the stuffed chapatti.sprinkle some oil on edge side only.

  • Turn over and cook on the other side.Both sides are come in a brown color.
  • Hot and serve ur stuffed chapatti with "vegetable kurma,chicken gravy,coconut chuttney".




Balanced Stuffed Mixture:
You have a balanced vegetable stuff,no problem add some wheat flour ,water and mix well.
Place a dosai kal and drop the mixture ,sprinkle some oil on edge side only.
Turn over and cook on the other side.Both sides are come in a brown color.
                                                         (or)
Add some idli batter,drop the idli batter in dosai pan (or) paniyaram pan




                                                          (or)
Add some besan flour,rice flour,coriander leaves,water,stuffed vegetables and mix well.
Take a paniyaram pan,drop oil in each hole.


Heat comes in oil reduce the low flame and pour the mixture in each hole.


Turn over and cook on the other side.


Hot and serve with tomato ketchup.


Note:
"One stuffed serve with a lot of varities.Yesterday i had prepared stuffed chapatti.Today i have some balance mixture serving with different varieties".
