- chicken-250g
- oil-for frying
- salt-to taste
- water-11/2cup
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- large onion-half
- coconut slices-4
- cinnamon-1/2stick
- cloves-5
- ginger-1/2
- aniseeds-1tsp
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds-1/2tsp
- tomato-1
- curry leaves
- curry powder-11/2tsp+1/2tsp
To Grind:
- take a kadai add little bit of oil and onion.onion comes in golden brown after switch off the flame.
- take a blender,add fried onion,coconut slices,cinnamon,cloves,ginger,aniseeds and water.
- take a kadai add 4tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,chicken,curry powder and turmeric powder.
- fry 2 or 3mins.after 3 mins add water and squeeze the tomatoes.
- after boil the chicken add some amount of grind masalas and salt.
- fully boiled the chicken after remove the chicken seperately.
- take another bowl drop the chicken kulambu seperately.
- take a same kadai add 4tsp of oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves.
- after add the chicken ,curry powder and balanced grind masalas.boil 15mins.
- finally add a pinch of salt.fry 10 or 15mins.
- after 15 mins,switch off the flame.
Serving:
- idli , dosa
- boiled rice
- curd rice
- rasam
