CAULIFLOWER KURMA

Cauliflower is a good combination of chapatti,dosa and idli.Cauliflower is low in fat.Cauliflower is a good for health.U can add some peas,potato etc.I added a lot of spicy powders.I am serve with Chapatti roll.


Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower
  2. Large Onion-1/2cup
  3. Tomato-1/2
  4. Curry Leaves
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Mustard Seeds
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Oil-3tsp
  9. Ginger-Garlic Paste-1tsp
  10. Water
To Grind:
  1. Shred Coconut-1/3cup
  2. Red-chili Powder-1 1/4tsp
  3. Coriander Powder-2tsp
  4. Gram masala-1/2tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp

  • Heat a pan,drop all the grind ingredients and fry well.
  • In a blender,drop all the grind ingredients and blend in a fine powder.
Preparation:
  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Cauliflower is cooked in a large pot of boiling water.

  • After fully cooked in cauliflower,filter and remove the cauliflower from water.
  • Heat a pan,add 3tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.Fry 2mins.
  • After raw smell goes out add finely chopped onions,tomatoes ,grind powders and fry well.


  • Add cauliflower,salt and mix well.

  • Add a 1cup of water and boil for 15mins.


  • Finally add some coriander leaves.Hot and serve with "Dosa,Idli,Chapatti".
