Coconut mushroom masala is a different taste.I tried this recipe really good.I am serve this recipe  with side dish.Mushroom and coconut is a good combination.I am tried a lot of mushroom varieties for eg: mushroom briyani,mushroom pualo,mushroom fry,mushroom kulambu,mushroom gravy ..This is my first time i tried this coconut mushroom masala.Quick and easy to prepare this dish.

  1. Mushroom-1packet
  2. Onion-1/3cup
  3. Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
  4. Red-chili Powder-1 1/2tsp
  5. Shred Coconut-1/3cup
  6. Coriander Leaves
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Oil
To Grind:

  • Take a blender,add shred coconut,red-chili powder,turmeric powder and salt.Blend in a fine powder.
  • Wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  • Heat a kadai,add 2tsp of oil,finely chopped onion and fry well.
  • Add finely chopped mushrooms and fry well.
  • After mushrooms comes in round shape and squeeze the water.
  • After add blend powder and mix well.
  • Finally add some finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Hot and serve with "Rasam Rice,Curd Rice".
