My father and me really loved the coconut chuttney with tamarind rice.
- coconut slices-4
- split grams/chana dalia (pottukadalai)-5tsp
- garlic-1cloves
- red-chili-3
- oil
- salt
- water
- mustard seeds
- asafoetida-1/4tsp
- curry leaves
Blender
- take a blender drop the coconut slices,split grams,red-chili,garlic,salt and some water.
- blend the mixture in smooth paste.
- u are not liking a thick paste add some water in coconut paste
- take a non-stick pan add 2tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida. drop the coconut paste.
Serving:
- dosa
- idly
- tamarind rice
- boiled rice
