  1. Basmathi Rice-1cup
  2. Cauliflower-2cups
  3. Shred Cabbage-1/2cup
  4. Shred Carrot-1/2cup
  5. Green peas-1/4cup
  6. Potato-1/4cup
  7. Large onion-1
  8. Tomato-1/2
  9. Cinnamon-1/4stick
  10. Cloves-3
  11. Cardamom-1
  12. Bay leaf-1
  13. Curd-1tsp
  14. Lemon juice-2drop
  15. Cocout milk-1/2cup
  16. Red-chili paste-1 1/4tsp
  17. Mint leaves
  18. Coriander leaves
  19. Ginger-Garlic paste-1 1/2tsp
  20. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  21. Salt-to taste
  22. Oil/Butter-2slices
  23. Water-1 1/4cup

To Marinate:
  1. All purpose flour-2tsp
  2. Rice flour-2 1/2tsp
  3. Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Water-1/4cup
  • Cauliflower cut into small pieces.
  • Place a cauliflower in a bowl,add all powders,salt,water and mix well.Paste fully covered in not add too much water.
  • Heat oil and deep fry till it is yellow brown.
  • Take the cauliflower from oil and place it to the tissue paper.
  • Wash and soak the  basmathi rice for minimum 1hour.
  • Heat the pressure cooker,add 2slices of butter and oil
  • Add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaf,mit leaves,coriander leaves and fry well.
  • Add sliced onion,tomatoes,ginger -garlic paste and fry well.
  • After raw smell goes out add all vegetables,turmeric powder,salt,red-chili paste,lemon juice,curd and mix well.(except:cauliflower)
  • Fry 3mins.After 3mins add soaked rice and mix well.
  • Add coconut milk,water,mint leaves coriander leaves mix well and cover  the lid.
  • After 3 or 4 whistles switch off the flame and rest for 20mins.
  • After 20mins remove the lid and mix all the rice and vegetables.
  • Finally add fried cauliflower and mix well.
  • Hot and serve with " Curd Bachadi or Raita".
