Carrot chappati is healthy and delicious item.Diet people can eat this carrot chappati.Carrots are excellent for the eyes and vitamin A also.Try this carrot chappati really good.All peoples are enjoying a lot.
Ingredients:
- Baby carrot-4
- Wheat flour-1 1/2cups
- Salt-to taste
- Baking soda-1/4tsp
- Sugar-1/2tsp
- Water
- oil
- Cut the baby carrot into small pieces.
- Take a blender,add carrot and blend in smooth paste
- Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add salt,baking soda,sugar,carrot paste and mix well.
- Add required amount of water and mix well.After wheat flour comes in dough shape.
- Dough divided into 6 or 7 balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.
- Place a rolling dough in a chapatti pan.
- Add some oil on edge sides.
- Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.
- Hot and serve with "vegetable kurma".
