  Carrot chappati is healthy and delicious item.Diet people can eat this carrot chappati.Carrots are excellent for the eyes and vitamin A also.Try this carrot chappati really good.All peoples are enjoying a lot.

  1. Baby carrot-4
  2. Wheat flour-1 1/2cups
  3. Salt-to taste
  4. Baking soda-1/4tsp
  5. Sugar-1/2tsp
  6. Water
  7. oil
  • Cut the baby carrot into small pieces.
  • Take a blender,add carrot and blend in smooth paste
  • Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add salt,baking soda,sugar,carrot paste and mix well.
  • Add required amount of water and mix well.After wheat flour comes in dough shape.
  • Dough divided into 6 or 7 balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.
  • Place a rolling dough in a chapatti pan.
  • Add some oil on edge sides.
  • Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.

  • Hot and serve with "vegetable kurma".
