PANEER CHAPATTI

Ingredients: 
  1. Shred paneer-1cup
  2. Shred potato-1/2cup
  3. Large onion-half
  4. Green chili-2
  5. Cumin powder-1/4tsp
  6. Green capsicum-4tsp
  7. Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  8. Lemon juice-2drop
  9. Coriander leaves-1/4cup
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Wheat flour-3 1/2cups
  12. Baking soda-a pinch
  13. Sugar-1/2tsp
  14. Water
  15. oil


Method:
  • Take a blender,add all ingredients(except: wheat flour,baking soda,sugar,water,oil,salt).
  • Blend in a smooth paste.
  • Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add baking soda,sugar,salt,mashed paneer.Crumble the mix together.
  • Add water make a dough.Keep a side for 40mins.
  • Divide the dough into 7 or 8 balls.
  • Take a small portion of dough into a circle.
  • Heat the chapatti pan and placed the rolled chapatti.
  • Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.
  • Hot and serve with "coconut chuttney,soy chunks gravy,chicken gravy".
