  1. Boiled Rice-2 bowl
  2. Cashew-nut Powder-3tsp
  3. Fried cashew-nuts-10
  4. Large onion-1
  5. Cardamom-1
  6. Cinnamon-1/4stick
  7. Cloves-3
  8. Aniseeds-1/4tsp
  9. Poppy seeds-1/4tsp
  10. Crushed ginger-few
  11. Shred coconut-1/4cup
  12. Green chili-2
  13. Curry leaves
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  16. Coriander powder-1 1/2tsp
  17. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  18. Cumin powder-1/4tsp
  19. Gram masala-1/4tsp
  20. Salt-to taste
  21. Oil/Ghee-3tsp

  • Take a kadai, add oil/ghee,cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,aniseeds,ginger,greenchili and poppy seeds.
  • After poppying the seeds add sliced onion and curry leaves.
  • Onion comes in slightly brown add shred coconut,salt and fry well.
  • After coconut comes in a round shape.
  • Take a plate add all powders,water and mix well (except cashew-nut powder).do not add more water.mixing a correct consistency.
  • After add mixing powders and fry well.fry 2 or 3mins.
  • After 3mins remove the pan in heat.Add cashew-nuts powder and mix well.
  • Add boiled rice,coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Finally add fried cashew-nuts and decorate some coriander leaves.
