- Tomato-1 1/2
- Large onion-1/3cup
- Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
- Pepper corns-3
- Red-chili-3
- Ginger-1/4tsp
- Garlic-1cloves
- Coconut-1/4cup
- Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
- Curry leaves
- Asafoetida-1/4tsp
- Sesame oil/ Oil-4tsp
- Salt-to taste
Method:
- Take a kadai,add onion,tomato,cumin seeds,pepper corns,ginger,garlic,red-chili,coconut and fry well.
- Take a blender,drop fried ingredients,salt and blend smooth paste.
- Take a kadai,add sesame oil,asafoetida,mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Hot and serve with "Dosa,Idli,Boiled rice".
