- Soy Chunks-10no
- Cauliflower-1/4cup
- Onion-1/2cup
- Tomato-1/2
- Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
- Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
- Coriander Powder-1tsp
- Curry Powder-1/4tsp
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Salt-to taste
- Shred Coconut-1/4cup
- Cinnamon-1/4stick
- Coriander Leaves
- Cloves-2
- Aniseeds-1/4tsp
- Ginger-few
- Oil
- Water
To Grind:
- Take a blender,put the shred coconut,cloves,cinnamon,aniseeds,ginger and water.Blend in a smooth paste.
Method:
- Soy chunks,Cauliflower is cooked in a large pot of boiling water with salt.Wait for 15mins.
- Remove the soy chunks,cauliflower and filter the water.
- Squeeze the soy chunks water.
- Take a pan,add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Add boiled soy chunks,cauliflowers,all powders,salt and mix well.Boil 10mins.
- Add grind paste and water.Wait for 8mins.Finally decorate some coriander leaves.
- Hot and serve with "Dosa,Idli and Chapatti".
