                        Soy chunks and cauliflower is a healthy for rottis,chapatti and dosas.

  1. Soy Chunks-10no
  2. Cauliflower-1/4cup
  3. Onion-1/2cup
  4. Tomato-1/2
  5. Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
  6. Red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  7. Coriander Powder-1tsp
  8. Curry Powder-1/4tsp
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Mustard seeds
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Shred Coconut-1/4cup
  13. Cinnamon-1/4stick
  14. Coriander Leaves
  15. Cloves-2
  16. Aniseeds-1/4tsp
  17. Ginger-few
  18. Oil
  19. Water

To Grind:
  • Take a blender,put the shred coconut,cloves,cinnamon,aniseeds,ginger and water.Blend in a smooth paste.

  • Soy chunks,Cauliflower is cooked in a large pot of boiling water with salt.Wait for 15mins.
  • Remove the soy chunks,cauliflower and filter the water.
  • Squeeze the soy chunks water.
  • Take a pan,add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves.
  • Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
  • Add boiled soy chunks,cauliflowers,all powders,salt and mix well.Boil 10mins.
  • Add grind paste and water.Wait for 8mins.Finally decorate some coriander leaves.
  • Hot and serve with "Dosa,Idli and Chapatti".
