HOW TO PREPARE STUFFED VEGETABLES

Stuffed vegetables is a healthy item.This recipe is stuffed with paratha,samosa,puffs,veggiroll is a good combination of dish.I tried this recipe really good.I am using this recipe with stuffed paratha.

Ingredients:

  1. Shred Paneer-1cup
  2. Shred Cabbage-1/2cup
  3. Shred Carrot-1/3cup
  4. Onion-1/3cup
  5. Green Capsicum-1/4cup
  6. Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
  7. Cumin Powder-1/4tsp
  8. Gram masala-1/3tsp
  9. Red-chili Powder-1tsp
  10. Lemon Juice-1tsp
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Oil

Method:

  • Take a frying pan,add  2tsp of oil,shred vegetables,onion,all powders,lemon juice,salt and fry well.
  • Fry 5mins.After 5mins switch off the flame.
  • Hot and serve ur loved ones.
