Stuffed vegetables is a healthy item.This recipe is stuffed with paratha,samosa,puffs,veggiroll is a good combination of dish.I tried this recipe really good.I am using this recipe with stuffed paratha.

- Shred Paneer-1cup
- Shred Cabbage-1/2cup
- Shred Carrot-1/3cup
- Onion-1/3cup
- Green Capsicum-1/4cup
- Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
- Cumin Powder-1/4tsp
- Gram masala-1/3tsp
- Red-chili Powder-1tsp
- Lemon Juice-1tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Take a frying pan,add 2tsp of oil,shred vegetables,onion,all powders,lemon juice,salt and fry well.
- Fry 5mins.After 5mins switch off the flame.
- Hot and serve ur loved ones.
