EGG PLANT CHAPATTI

Yesterday i have prepared this egg plant chapatti recipe.Egg plant chapatti smells are really good.I have added only proteins item vegetables.I have dedicate this chapatti to all christmas people and viewers.Try this chapatti really awesome.If u like this Egg plant chapatti please share ur friends and other bloggers :)



Ingredients:

  1. Wheat Flour-4cups
  2. Egg plant/Brinjal-4
  3. Baking Soda-1/4tsp
  4. Sugar-1/2tsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Red-chili Powder-1/2tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
  8. Cumin Powder-1/4tsp
  9. Water
  10. Oil

To Grind:
  • First remove the stem then cut the brinjal/egg plant into small pieces.
  • Egg plant put into the water.
  • Take a blender,add washed egg plant,all powders and blend in a smooth paste.

Method:
Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add baking soda,salt,sugar and mix well.


After add grind paste and mix the flour.


Add some amount of water.Finally wheat flour comes in dough shape.


Divide the dough into 6 or 8 balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.
Place a rolling dough in a chapatti pan.


Add some oil on edge sides.


Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.


Hot and serve with "Chicken Gravy,Soy chunks Gravy,Vegetable Kurma".

  2. looks tasty!!egg plant chapathi is a new idea for me...want to try this.My husband doeasnt like egg plant if it is not deep fried.this is a great way to hide some egg plant in chapathi....
