  1. Boneless Chicken-1/2kg
  2. Lemon Juice-1tsp
  3. Red-chili Powder-1tsp
  4. Pepper Powder-1tsp
  5. Cumin Powder-1/4tsp
  6. Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2tsp
  7. Egg-1
  8. Bread Crumbs
  9. Salt-to taste
  10. Oil-for frying

To Marinate:

  • Take a chicken in a bowl or plate,add all powders,lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste,egg,salt and mix well (Except:bread crumbs and oil).

  • Marinate the chicken in 30mins.After 30mins each chicken dip the bread crumbs on both sides.
  • Take a large pan add some oil,heat comes in oil add chicken and fry well.
  • Bread crumbs chicken comes in golden brown remove the chicken from oil and place it to the tissue papper.

  • Hot and serve with "Tomato ketchup,Tomato chili sauce,Spicy sauce".
