WHEAT FLOUR AND YELLOW CORN MEAL MIX CHAPATTI



This chapatti is crispy and soft.Yellow corn meal mix is a good taste gave to this recipe.This is my first time i tried this combination.I have prepared only yellow corn meal mix bread.Milk also gave to the rich taste.I am serve this chapatti with "Coconut Chuttney".Kids are really loved this new chapatti.

ROASTED PEANUTS


This is a perfect snack for kids.I am not added a lot of red-chili powder.I am added full of 5th season chili powder.5th season chili powder is a good flavour and taste.This snack is simple and easy to prepare this kids.If u stored this then we can eat anytime later.This roasted peanuts serve with "Tea time".Not only team time any time u can eat this.

WHOLE MILK BISCUITS/BREAD WITH KISSAN JAM


Crispy on the outside,soft and buttery on the inside.And these to ur snack time or u can prepared this ingredients with bread or cup cakes.Whole milk biscuit are flakey or delicious.They can be served just as easily with jam and breakfast or tea time for a  big holiday meal for christmas and new year.This versatile recipe can even act as the bread  delectable sandwich.With just a few ingredients,and not much time spent in the kitchen,it's no wonder they call this is a "Quick Biscuit".I did not used this cutter,i made with hand.I saw a video in that they used lot of ingredients to make this item but i used only few ingredients to make this item.Whole milk biscuit is a good and rich taste.Kids are really loved this biscuit/bread.

BLACK CHICK PEAS BALLS


Black chick peas is a healthy and delicious snacks.I have tried a different snack to serve the Events.I added a full of healthy flavour ingredients.Black chick peas is one of the protein items.Coriander seeds are give a lot of smells and taste give to the recipe.U can try this recipe with manchurian,chat items,Gravy/kulambu.This is the healthy snack for kids.Kids are really loved this recipe.I am sending this recipe to lot of events.Serve this snacks with gravy.

MINT AND CORIANDER CHUTTNEY

Mint-Coriander chuttney is a colorful chuttney.This is easy to prepare and goes well with all South Indians Rice,Idli,Dosa etc.I normally enjoy this chuttney with rice and idli.This basic chuttney is perfect for using a dipping sauce with bread,cutlets and samosa.Chuttneys are a big part in Indian family and Cuisine.There are so many varieties of chuttney made from vegetables and fruit.A super tangy and spicy coriander-mint chuttney

Vegetable stuffed paratha is a good combination of vegetable kurma.Try this paratha really good.My husband really loved this paratha.U can eat a lot of parathas.Every bite u liked this recipe.Kids are really loved it.
