- take a blender drop the cumin seeds,garlic,pepper,red-chilli and curry leaves.
Method:
- take a bowl drop the tamarind and 1/2 cup of water.wait for 10 mins.
- after 10mins mash the tamarind filtered the water.
- cut the tomatoes add some amount of water.mash the tomato filtered the water.
- add the tamarind and tomato water in same bowl.
- switch on the flame.take a non-stick pan add 2tsp of oil.
- oil comes heat in pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida.
- after add tamarind water and salt.add the blender items.
- do not boil two much.boil 3mins.
- switch off the flame.take the another bowl drop the tamarind rasam add some coriander leaves.
