EGG PANAYARAM

Ingredients:
  1. idli batter-3cups
  2. egg-1
  3. onion-1/4cup
  4. curry leaves
  5. pepper-1/4tsp
  6. cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  7. red-chili-3
  8. oil


Frying:
  • heat the pan add 3tsp of oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves,pepper,red-chili and onions.fry 3mins
Method:
  • take a idli batter drop on the frying ingredients and add one egg.
  • after mixing all the batter,egg and frying ingredients.
  • drop on the chicken gravy in each panayaram
Serving:
  • chicken gravy
