- Dumroot/pumpkin-11/2cup
- milk-2cup
- sugar-9tsp
- ghee-8tsp
- cashew-nuts-10
- dry fruit-8
- cardamom powder-1/4tsp
Method:
- take a pumpkin ,peel the skin and remove the seeds.
- take a cutter shred the pumpkin.
- take a large non-stick pan,pan comes in heat add 4tsp of ghee,cashew-nuts and dry fruits.
- fry 1mins.after add the shred pumpkin,cardamom powder and mix well.
- milk comes in boil stage,reduce the heat on low flame
- allow it to cook until the milk disappears.
- now add sugar,once sugar melts down,add balance of ghee.
- saute for sometime and switch off the stove.
- garnish with cashew-nuts and serve.
