- boiled rice-1cup
- curd-4tsp
- milk-1/4cup
- salt
- oil
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- red-chilli-2
- pomegranate seeds-5tsp
Method:
- take a non-stick tava add 3tsp of oil,curry leaves and red-chilli.
- after switch off the flame.remove the pan in heat add curd,boiled rice ,milk and salt.
- finally add some pomegranate seeds and fresh curry leaves.
- any fruits u can added the curd rice.for eg : grapes
- pickle,potato fry
