- boiled rice-2cup
- lemon-half
- oil
- salt
- asafoetida-1/4tsp
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- red-chilli's-4
- channa dal-1tsp
- cashew-nuts-2tsp
- mustard seeds
- turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Method:
- heat the non-stick pan add 5tsp of oil ,mustard seeds,channa dal,curry leaves,red-chilli,cahewnuts and asafoetida fry 1mins.
- after add lemon juice,turmeric powder and salt.boil 1min
- switch off the flame remove the pan add the boiled rice and mixing well.
- finally add some curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- toor dal sambar,potato fry,brinjal potato curry
