Ingredients:
To Grind:
- chicken-1/2kg
- cinnamon-1/4stick
- cloves-7
- aniseeds (soambu)-1/4tsp
- cardamom-1
- ginger-half
- garlic-4cloves
- onion-1/4cup
- pepper powder-1/4tsp
- red-chili powder-3tsp
- coriander powder-3tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- tomato-1/2
- curry leaves
- sesame oil
- salt
- coconut-3lices
To Grind:
- take a blender ,drop on the cinnamon,cloves,aniseeds and cardamom.
- all the mixtures grind separately.
- to grind ginger and garlic in smooth paste.
- to grind onions.
- after finally grind the coconut.
- take a non-stick pan,pan comes in heat add 8tsp of sesame oil.
- oil comes in heat add all the grind powders and paste separately.
- fry 2mins.add finely chopped tomatoes.after 2mins oils comes out in paste.
- after add the chicken and add all the powders and salt.mixing all the powders and chicken.
- do not use water in that time.add 1tsp of oil in top of the chicken .wait for 5mins.
- after 5mins add 1cup of water only.and add some curry leaves on top of the chicken .do not use two much water.boil 15 mins.
- after 15 mins add coconut paste.mixing the chicken and coconut paste.boil 10 mins.

- curd rice
- rasam
- chappati
- parotta
