MALABAR PARATHA

Ingredients:
  1. all purpose flour/maida-250g
  2. salt-1/4tsp
  3. sugar-1tsp
  4. milk-1/4cup
  5. water-1/4(adjust as needed)
  6. oil

CABBAGE BALLS / BONDA / VADAI

Ingredients:
  1. shred cabbage-2cups   
  2. salt-to taste   
  3. besan/gram flour-6tsp
  4. green-chili-3
  5. red-chili powder-1/2tsp
  6. cumin seeds-1/4tsp
  7. coriander leaves/cilantro-1/4cup
  8. grated ginger-1/2tsp
  9. oil-for frying

PEPPER MAGGI NOODLES

Ingredients:
  1. maggi noodles-1packet
  2. pepper powder-1/4tsp
  3. salt-pinch (optional)
  4. water-11/2cup
  5. oil-1tsp

ONION PAKODA / THOOL PAKODA

Ingredients:
  1. large onion-3  
  2. besan flour-5tsp 
  3. rice flour-1 1/2tsp
  4. red-chili powder-1tsp
  5. green-chili-3 
  6. curry leaves-few
  7. cashew-nuts-1/3cup
  8. salt-to taste
  9. butter-2tsp
  10. water-3 or 4tsp
  11. oil-for frying

PEPPER CORN

Ingredients:
  1. frozen corn/corn-1cup
  2. ghee/butter-3tsp
  3. pepper powder-1tsp
  4. red-chili powder-1/4tsp
  5. salt-to taste
  6. lemon juice-one drop
