Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves-1no
- Onion-1/2cup
- Tomato-1/2
- Shred Coconut-1/3cup
- Dalia Split/Pottukadalai-1tsp
- Cumin Seeds-1/4tsp
- Pepper Corns-1/4tsp
- Red-chili-4
- Ginger-few
- Garlic-1cloves
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for frying
- Tamarind-few
- Cut the coriander leaves edge stem and remove it.
- Cut coriander leaves into small pieces.
- Take a pan,add 1tsp of oil,all ingredients and fry well (without,coconut,dalia split and tamarind).
- Coriander comes in a round shape.
- Take a blender add shred coconut,dalia split,tamarind,salt and fried coriander leaves.Blend in a corse or fine paste.
- Hot and serve with "Idli,Dosa,Sandwich,Boiled Rice"
