Ingredients:
- Cauliflower-1bowl
- Onion-1/2cup
- Tomato-1/2
- Shred Coconut-1/3cup
- Cinnamon-1/3stick
- Cloves-2
- Aniseeds-1/4tsp
- Ginger-few
- Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
- Curry leaves
- Curry powder-1 1/3tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Water
- Oil-for Frying
- Take a blender,add shred coconut,cinnamon,cloves,aniseeds,ginger and water.Blend in a fine paste.
- Cut the cauliflower into small or large pieces.
- Take a large pot,add water,salt,turmeric powder and cauliflower.Boil 15mins.
- After 15mins filter the water and remove the cauliflower.
- Take another pan,add oil,mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Add halfly boiled cauliflower,all powders,add pinch of salt and water.
- After 10mins add grind paste and mix well.Boil 13mins.
- Hot and serve with "Idli,Dosa,Chappati and Boiled Rice".
