Ingredients:
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1/4tsp (optional)
- Red-chili-3
- Garlic-1cloves
- Tamarind-a pinch
- Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
For Seasoning:
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Asafoetida
- Sesame oil
- Salt-to taste
- Oil
- Take a kadai,add 1 1/2tsp of oil,onion,red-chili,garlic,cumin seeds,tomato and fry well.
- Take a bleder add fried onions,tamarind,salt and grind well.
- Take a pan add 2tsp of oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Now add this chuttney to the pan and switch off the flame when it starts to boil.
- This chuttney can be served with "Idli,Dosa".
