Ingredients:- Okra-5
- Green capsicum-1/2cup
- Butter-3slices
- Boiled Rice
- Salt-to taste
- Onion-1
Dry Roasted:
- Red-chili-4
- Coriander seeds-1tsp
- Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
- Urad dal-1tsp
- Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp
- Curry leaves-1strand
- Cashew-nuts-1/4cup
- Gram masala-1tsp
- Take a kadai add all roasted ingredients and fry well.(without oil).
- Take a blender add rosted ingredients and blend in a corse.
- After add gram masala and blend well.
- Take a pan add butter,okra,green capsicum,onion and fry well.
- Sprinkle some water in okra.
- After add blender powder and mix well.
- Add boiled rice,salt,coriander leaves.
- Hot and serve with "Gobi Manchurian".
